RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 16 -- The North Carolina Republican Party issued the following news:

The Republican Party of North Carolina calls on Democrat North Carolina Sen. Lisa Grafstein to resign her position amid revelations that she has moved out of the district she represents.

The N.C. Constitution is clear: state lawmakers must live in the district they represent. Article 6, Section 8 of the N.C. Constitution spells out disqualifying factors, including: "[ . . .
