KINGSTON, Rhode Island, Nov. 16 -- The University of Rhode Island issued the following news:
The University of Rhode Island has named Markeisha Miner, an accomplished student services leader and experienced litigator, as its next vice president for community, equity, and diversity. Miner, who currently serves as senior associate dean for student services and dean of students at Cornell University Law School, will begin her role at URI on Jan. 2, 2024.
