WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 -- Rep. Don Beyer, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA) today issued the following statement on reported negotiations in Qatar coordinated by American officials for an agreement that would see a temporary ceasefire in Gaza, the release of Israeli hostages, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to Palestinian civilians:
"I support negotiations seeking a deal on a ceasefire in exchange for the release of hostages.
