TOPEKA, Kansas, Nov. 15 -- Gov. Laura Kelly, D-Kansas, issued the following news on Nov. 14, 2023:

Governor Laura Kelly announced today that she and a bipartisan group of 25 other governors signed onto a letter calling on congressional leadership to reauthorize funding to make internet access affordable. The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides lower-income families the ability to pay for high-speed internet - expanding access to high-speed internet across Kansas.
