CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Nov. 14 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following news release on Nov. 13, 2023:
The Public Service Commission will conduct a public comment hearing, followed immediately by the evidentiary hearing, in the case involving the City of Gary sewer utility. The hearing will begin at 11 a.m. November 30 at the McDowell Public Library, Herzbrun Room, 90 Howard Street, Welch.
