RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 10 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release on Nov. 9, 2023:
Attorney General Josh Stein today announced that North Carolina's price gouging law is now being extended to more western North Carolina counties after Governor Roy Cooper declared a State of Emergency.
