WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rep. Earl L. "Buddy" Carter (R-GA) procured funding through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Water and Waste Disposal Loans and Grants program last week to improve wastewater collection and treatment system in Nahunta, Georgia.
