Pa. U.S. Attorney: Cleveland Resident Pleads Guilty to Drug Trafficking Crimes

PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Nov. 7 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Eric G. Olshan, issued the following news release on Nov. 6, 2023:

Albert Cummings pled guilty to trafficking fentanyl and heroin, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.

Cummings, age 43, of Cleveland, Ohio, pled guilty before United States District Judge Cathy Bissoon. Cummings pled guilty to conspiring to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and 100 grams . . .
