WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 -- Rep. Alex Mooney, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Nov. 3, 2023:
The House of Representatives Thursday evening passed H.R 6126 - Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act.
The bill gives $14.3 billion to Israel as it responds to the barbaric attacks by Hamas terrorists. Funding for Israel will be offset by recissions from the Inflation Acceleration Act, cutting $14 billion from President Biden's army of IRS agents se . . .
