Johns Hopkins: Black & White Adults Have Similar Health Care Expenditure Levels in Racially, Economically Integrated Communities

BALTIMORE, Maryland, Nov. 4 (TNSres) -- Johns Hopkins University's Bloomberg School of Public Health issued the following news release:

In integrated communities, Black adults spent $79 less than whites on health expenditures per year; in non-integrated communities, Black adults spent $2,145 less on health care per year than whites
