CHARLESTON, W.Va. - This week, the Find and Protect Foster Youth Act, legislation introduced by U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) passed the U.S. Senate.
