WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- Rep. Kathy Manning, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Washington, DC - Today, Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06), Vice Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, released the following statement on the aid package for Israel, which conditioned the aid with cutting Internal Revenue Service (IRS) funding and did not include aid for Ukraine.
