SALEM, Oregon, Nov. 3 -- Gov. Tina Kotek, D-Oregon, issued the following news on Nov. 2, 2023:
Governor Tina Kotek announced today that she is accepting applications for a judicial vacancy on the Multnomah County Circuit Court created by the planned retirement of Judge Michael S. Loy. The Governor thanked Judge Loy for his dedicated judicial service and announced that she will fill the position by appointment. Judge Loy's retirement takes effect November 30, 2023.
