DALLAS, Texas, Nov. 3 -- Haynes and Boone, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Haynes and Boone, LLP represented Earthstone Energy, Inc. in its agreement to sell of 2,800 net acres of non-core assets for $66.5 million.
The assets, located in Texas' Karnes and Gonzales counties in the Eagle Ford Shale, produced roughly 1,160 boepd in the third quarter of 2023. The transaction is expected to fully close in the fourth quarter of this year.
