Today, Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04) voted against the partisan package proposed by House Republicans that tied aid to our allies in Ukraine and Israel, and the Palestinian people, to giveaways to billionaires:
"House Republicans again are playing politics with our national security by bringing a bill that would add $26 billion to our Natio . . .
