BERLIN, Vermont, Nov. 3 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Nov. 2, 2023:
Governor Phil Scott and Chief Recovery Officer Doug Farnham today announced the appointment of Patricia Moulton as Central Vermont Recovery Officer.
