GLASSBORO, New Jersey, Nov. 2 -- Rowan University issued the following news:

As technology evolved throughout history, U.S. presidents have implemented many methods to communicate with the public.

"Technology and the structure of institutions like political parties and the media provide presidents with incentives to communicate in certain ways," said Dr. Anne Pluta, associate professor of political science in Rowan University's College of Humanities & Soci . . .
