DAYTON, Ohio, Nov. 2 -- Sinclair Community College issued the following news release:
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) and Dayton Correctional Institution (DCI) recognized 133 female students graduating from Sinclair Community College's Prison Education Program on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
