HONOLULU, Hawaii, Nov. 1 -- The Hawaii Department of Transportation issued the following news on Oct. 31, 2023:

The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) notifies the public of a hearing scheduled on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., for proposed changes to Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) 19-123 "Statewide Motorcycle, Moped, and Motor Scooter Education Courses and Licensing Skill Test Waiver."
