The theme for the 2023 Sussex County Today & Tomorrow Conference, held Oct. 26 at Delaware Technical Community College's Owens Campus in Georgetown, was "Workforce Housing: Addressing the Crisis, Identifying Solutions, and Implementing Strategies."
