AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 31 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Patrick Sturdivant to the Rehabilitation Council of Texas for a term set to expire on October 29, 2024.
