CHICAGO, Illinois, Oct. 30 -- Mayer Brown, a law firm, issued the following news:
A Mayer Brown team advised power company Engie Brasil on its agreement to acquire five operating photovoltaic power stations in Brazil from Atlas Renewable Energy, a company owned by investment fund Global Infrastructure Partners.
The deal for the solar farms totaling an installed capacity of 545 megawatts was valued around 3.24 billion reais (USD $646.04 million).
