LANSING, Michigan, Oct. 27 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Oct. 26, 2023:
This week, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel sued in the 9th Circuit Court in Kalamazoo County to dissolve American Air Mavericks, and to seek injunctive relief against it and agent Roman Choumeliski, over alleged fraud committed in the legal establishment of the business and repeated and willful unlawful business practices.
