CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Oct. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
A man who possessed with intent to distribute methamphetamine was sentenced in federal court in Sioux City on October 24, 2023, to 144 months' imprisonment.
Kelly Malloy, 55, from Sioux City, Iowa, pled guilty June 13, 2023, to possession with intent to distribute and aiding and abetting another in the possession with intent to distrib . . .
