W.Va. Gov. Justice Appoints Jeffrey Stephens to Sixth District Seat in House of Delegates

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 27 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Oct. 26, 2023:

Gov. Jim Justice announced today he has appointed Jeffrey R. Stephens to the West Virginia House of Delegates Sixth District, which serves Marshall County.

Stephens replaces Charlie Reynolds, who resigned earlier this month.
