AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 26 -- The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued the following news release on Oct. 25, 2023:
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality today approved penalties totaling $168,590 against 8 regulated entities for violations of state environmental regulations.
Agreed orders were issued for the following enforcement categories: one air quality, two municipal wastewater discharge, two petroleum storage tank, and one waste disposal well.
