WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment, Manufacturing and Critical Materials issued the following written testimony by Peter R. Huntsman, chairman, president and CEO of the Huntsman Corp., involving a hearing on Oct. 18, 2023, entitled "Exposing EPA Efforts to Limit Chemicals Needed for Life-Saving Medical Devices and Other Essential Products." EPA is the Environmental Protection Agency.
