ALBANY, New York, Oct. 26 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Oct. 25, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced the completion of Monarch Commons, a 50-unit affordable housing development for seniors in the Onondaga County town of Cicero. The energy-efficient development includes 15 supportive homes for veterans experiencing homelessness.
