ALBANY, New York, Oct. 26 -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, issued the following news release on Oct. 25, 2023:
Governor Kathy Hochul today announced the completion of the first gas well safely plugged with funding from a $25 million federal grant to New York State through the landmark Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
