BISMARCK, North Dakota, Oct. 26 -- Gov. Doug Burgum, R-North Dakota, issued the following news on Oct. 25, 2023:
Gov. Doug Burgum has signed all 14 bills approved by the Legislature during its three-day special session that concluded today.
The governor partially vetoed House Bill 1544, which created unnecessary red tape related to the financing of projects by the North Dakota Development Fund. That veto message can be found here (https://www.governor.nd.gov/sites/www/f . . .
