WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
JERSEY CITY, N.J. - U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) issued the following statement in honor of the 241 U.S. service personnel, including 220 Marines, who were killed on October 23, 1983 in the terrorist attack on the Beirut Marine Corps Barracks:
"Today, we solemnly reflect on the lives of the 241 U.S. service personnel, including 220 Marines, 18 sailors, and three sold . . .
