N.C. Gov. Cooper Signs One Bill Into Law, Lets One Bill Become Law

RALEIGH, North Carolina, Oct. 21 -- Gov. Roy Cooper, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release on Oct. 20, 2023:

Today, Governor Roy Cooper signed the following bill into law:

House Bill 415: Stop Addiction Fraud Ethics Act of 2023.

Governor Cooper also declined to sign one bill into law:

Senate Bill 677: Surveyors Right of Entry/Exped. Comm. Bldg.
