CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 20 -- The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources issued the following news release on Oct. 19, 2023:

Gov. Jim Justice today announced (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iksGhQcljA4) the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR), Bureau for Public Health's Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) will provide equipment to EMS agencies across the state to support overdose response.
