WASHINGTON, Oct. 18 -- Rep. Ron Estes, R-Kansas, issued the following news release on Oct. 17, 2023:
Last week Rep. Ron Estes (R-Kansas) was appointed to the House Budget Committee's new Budget Oversight Task Force. The formation of the task force follows the Committee's passage of a budget resolution that would reduce the deficit by $16 trillion and balance the federal budget in 10 years.
