TUCSON, Arizona, Oct. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
On Oct. 13, a southern Arizona man was charged following an Oct. 5, complaint for possession with intent to distribute cocaine as a result of a case by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the DEA. The agencies conducted the interdiction and subsequent investigation in this case.
