Today, U.S. Senators Pete Ricketts (R-NE) and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) introduced the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) for International Collegiate Athletes Act to allow international student-athletes access to NIL opportunities at the collegiate level.
