HARTFORD, Connecticut, Oct. 18 -- Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued the following news release on Oct. 17, 2023:
Attorney General William Tong today joined with 32 other attorneys general announcing a settlement with health care clearinghouse Inmediata for a coding issue that exposed the protected health information ("PHI") of approximately 1.5 million consumers for almost three years.
