Today, Arizona Educational Foundation (AEF(R)) announced Efrain Casillas, Music teacher at Porfirio H. Gonzales Elementary and Desert Oasis Elementary, in the Tolleson Elementary School District, as the 2024 Arizona Teacher of the Year(R).
