KEY WEST, Florida, Oct. 12 -- The U.S. Navy's Chief of Naval Operations issued the following news release:
Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Lisa Franchetti and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea traveled to Florida Navy installations to visit with Sailors and observe the U.S. Navy's Hybrid Fleet event, Oct. 11.
