WHITE PLAINS, New York, Oct. 12 -- The New York State Power Authority issued the following news release:
The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is seeking developers to implement solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays and/or battery energy storage systems at four sites in Warren County. The solicitation, which seeks proposals by Nov. 9, is asking for competitively priced proposals to design and construct 4.1 megawatts (MW) of distributed solar PV at two adjacent landfills in the Town of Queens . . .
