LOS ANGELES, California, Oct. 7 -- Environment California issued the following news release:
Gov. Gavin Newsom on Saturday signed legislation to encourage solar power infrastructure along California's highways. Environment California sponsored SB 49, which was authored by Sen. Josh Becker.
