U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Vice Chairman of the Senate Republican Conference and a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, demanded, along with 19 of her colleagues led by Senator Rick Scott (R-Fla.), that Democrat Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) present a plan to the Republican Conference for how the Senate will take up and pass the 12 appropriations . . .
