KANSAS CITY, Missouri, Oct. 7 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City issued the following news release on Oct. 6, 2023:

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City today announced First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Kelly Dubbert intends to retire, effective Feb. 29, 2024. Dubbert's retirement will follow a 38-year career of service to the Bank, including 12 years as first vice president.
