LAS VEGAS, Nevada, Oct. 7 -- The Nevada Democratic Party issued the following news release on Oct. 6, 2023:
Yesterday, anti-abortion extremists filed a lawsuit to block a ballot initiative meant to give Nevadans the opportunity to enshrine abortion rights into our state's Constitution.
