RICHMOND, Virginia, Oct. 5 -- Virginia Attorney General Jason S. Miyares issued the following news release on Oct. 4, 2023:

Attorney General Jason Miyares today joined a coalition of 24 state attorneys general in a letter opposing a proposed Biden Administration rule that will illegally mandate social, environmental, and race-based regulations for infrastructure projects and stop development in its tracks.
