TUCSON, Arizona, Oct. 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release:
David Lee McCracken, II, 45, of Tucson, was sentenced last week by United States District Judge Scott H. Rash to 70 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. McCracken pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
On August 22, 2022, United States Border Patrol agents encountered McCracken at the SR-28 . . .
