WASHINGTON, Oct. 4 -- The House Science, Space and Technology Subcommittee on Investigations and Oversight issued the following testimony by Victoria L. Killion, a legislative attorney in the American Law Division of the Congressional Research Service, involving a hearing on Sept. 20, 2023, entitled "A Bar Too High: Concerns with CEQ's Proposed Regulatory Hurdle for Federal Contracting."
