ARLINGTON, Virginia, Oct. 4 -- The U.S. Navy's U.S. Fleet Forces Command issued the following news on Oct. 3, 2023:
The Navy announced Cmdr. David Burke, from U.S. Fleet Forces Command, and Cmdr. Jeffrey C. Fassbender, from U.S. Pacific Fleet, as the 2023 recipients of the Vice Admiral James Bond Stockdale Award for inspirational leadership, Oct. 2.
