CHADRON, Nebraska, Oct. 3 -- Chadron State College issued the following news release:
Rick Kolkman is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award given to friends of Chadron State College who have demonstrated exceptional service to the college through their volunteer or leadership efforts.
