TRENTON, New Jersey, Sept. 30 -- New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release on Sept. 29, 2023:
Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin announced today that New Jersey has joined the Federal Trade Commission and 16 other state attorneys general in suing Amazon.com, Inc., alleging that the online retail and technology company is a monopolist that uses a set of interlocking anticompetitive and unfair strategies to illegally maintain its monopoly power. . . .
